A send-off reception for Miss Perry County Outstanding Teen, Jane Marie Franks, was held Thursday, March11, 2021, to let her know how proud the community is of her and that Perry County supports her and will be rooting her on in the competition in Gallatin, March 19-21.
The fifteen-year-old's platform is Operation Global Needs, and she will be singing as her talent.
