Perry County’s Property Assessor is responsible for determining value of real estate and certain personal property for the purpose of taxation as levied by the County Commission.
About the Property Assessor: Perry County, Tennessee
The assessor’s duties include two basic functions: appraisal and assessment of taxable real and personal property in the county that is not appraised by the state. Property Taxes are collected once a year and the rates are set at the direction of the County Commission.
