Welcome to Lobelville, and to the 2022 Buffalo River Springfest Girls Softball Tournament. Begun in 2008, the tournament has become one of those rights of passage of springtime in Perry County, kicking off the same weekend every year as the Blooming Arts Festival. This will be the first tournament since 2019, when the Riverside High School Panthers took home the honors to Decatur County.
This year we are an officially sanctioned event by National Federation of High School Associations (NFHS) based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The teams are coming from Nashville, Jackson, the Memphis area and all over western-Middle and West Tennessee, with our first out of state school, Waterloo, Alabama.
